Baby Lucy | 3 Months

My very favorite thing about baby photography is getting to see these little ladies and gents grow up. It's SO cool comparing Lucy's newborn photos to these 3-month ones. It's only been THREE months and she's so much bigger! I really, really adore her and her family and am officially putting in a bid for Lucy to be the next Gerber Baby. :)

Lucy's actually still pretty tiny, but she does have some cute chunky thighs!

Tallmadge Circle Family Session

Want to see the two most adorable little girls? Well, scroll down because Clare and Maggie will just melt your heart. These two little ladies are so pretty in pink, and dare I say future Miami University students? :)

Fun story: I met Julie, their mom, at Scott Dining Hall on campus where we both worked. Yep, that's right. We mixed smoothies and twisted pretzels for the hungry students of Miami. How CRAZY that I'm now photographing her family! I don't think either of us would have called that one eight years ago!

Julie and her husband, Steve, are fellow Miami Mergers (you know how much I love Miami Mergers … here and here for just a couple examples) and are now doing such a wonderful job raising their two girls in Northeast Ohio. M family, I loved getting a peek into your life. Thanks for having me!

Clare is the most interesting 3-year-old I've ever met. While we were walking to the church in Tallmadge Circle she casually mentioned that it was "pitiful" that it was so cold outside. I couldn't have agreed more, Clare.

The M Family

I don't do a lot of big family sessions because, honestly? They kind of intimidate me. It's a LOT of people to direct for an hour or more. If I'm being totally truthful, I was really nervous going into this session with the M family, but you guys. They blew me away. Everyone was just so darn happy. Happy to be together. Happy to be out enjoying the sunshine (finally!). Happy to be creating photos for the first time in 10 years. What a fantastic family!

You might recognize this lovely family. Belen looks JUST like her brother! So crazy!

Baby Mila | Newborn

This session was oh-so-fun for me. Remember Melissa and Michael and their epic Serbian wedding? Mila is their baby! (By the way, how cute is it that their names all start with "M"?) I cannot tell you how amazing it is to be a part of such big stages in a couple's life. It's really mind-blowing that I get to document such important life events!

Baby Mila has such a sweet temperament. Besides being a tad fussy when mom wasn't holding her, she was so calm and observant the whole session. :) And do I even need to mention the hair? It's already so beautiful! She's an adorable little girl.

Mila's nursery colors are so unique! Coral, teal and a golden yellow. So pretty for a little girl!

I adore this one. The contrast between baby's fingers and dad's finger is just so incredible.
